Arbor Hills Golf Club was designed by Arthur Hamm, a protege of Donald Ross. Construction began in 1925 with the course opening as Arbor Hills Country Club in 1926. Our once private club went public in 2007 when it was purchased by a single owner with a passion for the game of golf. The history and quality of Arbor Hills Country Club had has not been lost under new ownership, it is actually being expanded upon.

Holes to remember:
#2. Par 5, 439-504 yds
Long narrow fairway with a severe dogleg right about 90 yards from the green. Two large sand traps guard this gently elevated green.
#7 Par 4, 274-429 yds., Handicap 1
This hole will challenge even the longest hitters on the course. The long straight fairway looks inviting, but the small green guarded by sand traps on both sides might prove otherwise.
#12 Par 5, 392-576 yds.
Many would say this monster of a hole deserves the #1 handicap. It is a prior winner of the toughest hole in Jackson award. Reaching the green in two on this hole is rarely achieved. After hitting a tough first shot players are faced with a slight dogleg left that usually comes with around 250 yds left to reach the green. The green is slightly sloped from back to front making a putt from the back very difficult on the quick greens of AHGC.
